Product exchange/return
 
Products cannot be returned in any case, but the size and color of the product can be exchanged. The product must be unused and undamaged in all cases. The product must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition, such as unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with the label on the package, and sent to a shipping company that can provide a tracking number.

– Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date the customer purchased the product from xzelix.com only.
 
– Regular-priced products, member-discounted products, and seasonal discounts can be exchanged.
 
– Promotional products cannot be exchanged in any case, except for products with manufacturing defects.
 
– Products with the right to purchase or limited edition products cannot be exchanged in any case, except for products with manufacturing defects.
 
– Products must be in perfect condition, unused, with the product label not torn or damaged, and the product must be in complete packaging.
 
– Products can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value, but the customer must pay the price difference or other expenses incurred.
